Some of Atlanta's downtown convention hotels have complained in a letter to the Mayor about the increasing homeless problem, because visitors are getting accosted by panhandlers and don't feel safe. And that's a problem all over the U.S. and Europe: The homeless population seems to be increasing beyond the cities' capability to care for them, and they're camping out in places that cause problems for business, including sanitation and safety. Any ideas? Because the politicians don't seem to have any. (WSB-TV/Atlanta)
