Customer Service Isn't What It Used To Be

Florida: I'm not sure what even to say about the delivery guy in Boca who dropped off some appliances at an elderly woman's house, then beat her and poured a chemical on her, killing her. I REALLY don't know what to make of the delivery driver being outside making a phone call while the accused allegedly murdered the woman. And I don't understand how or why someone would be so depraved as to do any of this. (The delivery was for Best Buy; the killer wasn't a Best Buy employee, but was a subcontractor. It's scary to think that you can buy something from a reputable company and they hire someone like this to deliver it.) (WTVJ/Miami)
