Do you travel? If you do, what do you do about getting in your workouts on the road? This article, part of the Washington Post's series of travel tips, suggests exercises you can do in your hotel room, or going out for a run, or even just blowing it off until your trip's done. One thing they don't address is the problem of toting around wet, sweaty workout clothes and heavy running shoes; that's been my biggest problem with working out on the road, though I do it, I love running in new cities, and I end up hand-washing and drip-drying as much as possible.
