The Generic Stuff At Walgreens Should Be Good Enough

A woman is in the hospital with mercury poisoning from tainted skin cream from Mexico, and here's what I'm not grasping: The cream is labeled Pond's, like what you'd get at your local CVS. But she got the imported version through what they call an "informal network." Why? Unless it's at a dollar store, it wouldn't be cheaper. Is there something magical about Mexican Pond's cold cream that I don't know? Why take a risk and get skin cream through an "informal network"? (KRON-TV/San Francisco)
