Today's study: The latest research indicates that any amount of running reduces your risk of early death. It doesn't matter how much or how fast. Even once a week or less, even 6 mph or less. Just get out there. Caveat: They didn't go deep enough to determine if there's a minimum for health benefits. But exercise can't hurt. (The Guardian)
