I don't know why this is so sad to me, but it is, the story of a man who died while commuting home on an NJTransit train -- he suffered a heart attack while the train was still at Penn Station in New York and a doctor on board couldn't save him. There's a topic, if you want to try it, in that the trains aren't required to carry defibrillators, but for me, it's just that... okay, there may not be too many "good ways to go," but falling ill while on the train home is definitely on the sadder side.
