Herein, a handy list of Thanksgiving foods you can get through airport security in your carry-on, and, yes, you can bring a cooked turkey (although will that fit in the overhead?) and pie and stuffing and even green bean casserole but not gravy and WHY ARE YOU BRINGING THAT STUFF ON THE PLANE? Just buy and cook everything when you get there. It's unlikely you're going someplace where they don't sell turkey or potatoes. (Washington Post)
