This New York Times article alleges that if you're unhappy and want a refund, the company makes you sign a non-disparagement agreement that prevents you from posting negative reviews. That might explain the lack of negative notices. Would you agree to that to get your money back? Yeah, you would. Anyone would. (New York Times)
