A proposal is making its way to the Trump administration to make Classical the official architecture of the federal government. All new federal buildings would have to look, basically, like the Supreme Court, something out of the 1800s. Doesn't matter if it's out of place in its particular city; the conservatives behind this hate modernity and want an official government style. I'm sure you'll love this if you're a fan of authoritarian government that dictates everything. (Los Angeles Times)
