Oh, Quit Complaining, It's Only A Six And A Half Hour Drive From Philly To Buffalo
-
Frontier Airlines admits that it probably should have caught the error after a woman and her child boarded the wrong flight. How, in this age of security and boarding pass scanning, could that even happen? Turned out that the gates were adjacent, the flights timed close together, the scanners were not working, the gate agents were supposed to look at the passes, the gate agent didn't notice the problem, and the woman and her kid, who were supposed to fly from Florida to Buffalo, were put on a flight to Philadelphia instead. They realized it barely in time to be whisked off the wrong flight and onto the right one, but they want an apology, and that raises the issue of who's at fault here and what, if anything, should be done to make things right.
