The CEO of Southampton FC is talking about how the Premier League could resume before all the coronavirus restrictions are lifted, possibly in May, in a bid to be the only major sports league in action when the entire world needs to see some semblance of normal life. They would play, under the plan, on TV in empty stadia, but it would be a welcome sight around the world... at what price? Is getting a leg up on other major sports worth the risk to the players, coaches, and staff? And would it encourage people to prematurely return to their normal routines? (BBC)
