When the pandemic hit, a lot of stores were caught short once stay-at-home orders were issued and non-essential businesses were shut down. The problem: A lot of stores were not selling online, and without that, you might as well not be in business. So, some of those stores have had to hastily create online virtual stores, and they've found its not easy. There are platforms designed to help make it easier, but it's a lesson in being prepared and not being a Luddite. Stores that weren't immediately available online lost valuable time, and business.
