What might have seemed like a good idea before the pandemic is... well, let's just say that the trendy thing in places like San Francisco with high rents was to move into "co-living spaces," basically dorms for adults with shared kitchens, bathrooms, and TV lounges. Right now, that's not ideal for isolating or quarantining. You don't know where your housemates have been, and, as in this writer's case, when you have 48 other people in your space, that's going to increase the risk. It's tough enough having ONE roommate.
