These are tips on how to handle a bad day, and, no, screaming is not one of the acceptable options. Deep breathing, exercise, apologizing if an argument got you into a funk, doing a challenging puzzle... note that drinking and/or eating is/are not on the list, either. Anyway, with a lot of people having a lot of bad days, you might want to bookmark this one. (New York Times)
