The "reopening" presents an issue for older or vulnerable workers and their employers: If you don't want to go back to work because of the danger, can your employer insist? If they do, does that make them liable if you come back and catch COVID-19? On the other hand, if you WANT to come back, your employer might not want that because of the liability, but if they say no, they might be liable under job discrimination laws. Seems like someone should work these issues out before it's too late. (Los Angeles Times)
