As Long As It Tastes Good

There's a weird boom in the restaurant business right now that is directly related to the fact that dining is restricted in many areas to takeout and delivery. Boom? Well, there's been an increase in the number of restaurants on delivery apps, but here's the catch: Many of them are virtual restaurants, actually just names and menus for different cuisines at the same address. So you'll have a regular Italian restaurant under its own name listed, plus five or six other restaurants all at the same address, just with different menus. (This is how Chuck E. Cheese is selling pizza under a different name, too; there's no actual Pasqually's Pizza restaurant, it's Chuck with a pseudonym.) Would it bother you that your General Tso's Chicken was coming from the pizza joint down the road? (Philadelphia Inquirer)
