DIdn't Have This Problem With Good Ol' Flip Phones
-
A photographer in San Diego took an amazing picture at Glacier National Park and posted it on Flickr for people to download as their phone wallpaper. All good, except for one weird thing: A glitch in the editing means that when you use the picture as wallpaper on some Android phones, it makes the phone repeatedly turn on and off, requiring a factory reset. Totally unintentional, and if you didn't know that a mere photo could do that, well, nobody did. Okay, some did, but they're phone security experts, and, yeah, it's rare. Maybe the standard wallpaper is good enough. (BBC)
