I'll Have The Cheez Whiz Nachos And A Churro To Go
-
The other day, we had an item about how the independent American Association is getting baseball back on the field by taking half its teams and having them play in three cities. One of those teams is the St. Paul Saints, who will be playing "home" games in Sioux Falls. But what about their (quite nice) home ballpark? Will it stay empty this season? No, and what they're doing is interesting: They're serving lunch. Yes, you can eat ballpark food at the ballpark without the ballgame. You need a reservation and they're spacing out tables for 50 guests, but it's a lunchtime at the park with hot dogs and beer and cheese curds. As long as the prices are more reasonable than they are when the games are there, why not? (Minneapolis Star Tribune)
