You've seen stories about how restaurants that shifted to delivery and carryout said that it didn't really make up for the lost revenue from dining in. Yet here's a story about how many fine dining restaurants are planning to continue with carryout and delivery even after the pandemic because they've become popular. And that makes sense. I might not want nor have time to sit down for a meal at a fancy restaurant, but if I can get it delivered or pick it up and eat it at home, I'll do that.
