It's Not Back To Normal, But At Least It's Closer
-
Says here that some stores still have lines to get in because of occupancy restrictions, like a Trader Joe's in the Eagle Rock section of L.A. or a Target in Baldwin Hills. But I live not far from those and I haven't seen a queue to get into a supermarket or ANY store since, like, late April. Our Trader Joe's has no queues at all and is even faster to get through check out than before the pandemic hit. And, as noted in the story, almost everything's in stock, too, including paper goods; the only things I've noticed being in short supply are cleaning wipes and, for some reason, Del Monte canned veggies. Anyone else notice any shortages or lines lately? What's it like where you are? (KCBS-TV/Los Angeles)
