Not Sure Why You'd Even Want That On Your License Plate, Name Or Not, But Whatever
-
An appeal date has been set for a man who wants a Nova Scotia license plate personalized with his surname but is being denied that privilege, and you may remember this saga from past reports. He's the guy named Grabher. The province says his name promotes hatred towards women. He says it's his name. The provincial Supreme Court has previously ruled that there's no right under the Canadian constitution to say what you want on a government-owned plate. You be the judge -- should he get it?
