Seems A Little Too Easy To Bring Everything To Its Knees
-
You think YOUR Internet service is bad, but one village in Wales had an outage every single day at 7 am for 18 months. They could not figure out why, until they took a spectrum analyzer and walked around the village at 6 am every day. Oh, they found the culprit, all right: someone's old TV. At seven every morning, one person would turn on that TV and it would knock out Internet service to the entire community. They say stuff like this is more common than you'd think. If that's true, I wonder how fast service would be if you turned off anything that might interfere. But don't turn off your computer; you'll need it. (CNN)
