No Demo Has A Monopoly On Stupid

Before now, the conventional wisdom was that older people were more likely to spread misinformation. A new study goes the other way: It says that young people are more likely to believe misinformation about the coronavirus. It's generally running at about a quarter of all 18-24s believing lies, compared with about 20% for 25-44s, 12% for 45-64s, and about 6-7% for 65+. Regardless, the fact that so many people of any age believe lies is depressing. (New York Times)
