At Least He's 'Most Likely To Win A Lawsuit Against The School'
-
The thing about the Ontario student whose profile in the high school yearbook, which he wanted to sport a message honoring his late grandmother, was changed to show a racist message is that while the school is correctly recalling all books and replacing them, the fact remains that the bullies who did it got away with their "little joke" and will continue to do so until they're named and shamed. The school has to know who did it, and if there were no editorial safeguards -- if a faculty member wasn't assigned to review the proofs before printing -- the whole school administration's to blame. Regardless, we're talking a bunch of racist teen bullies who aren't being identified, and it's more than just "kids will be kids." (CP24/Toronto)
