Someone is suing coffee brands over the contention that the packaging overstates the number of cups you can brew from it. For example, Maxwell House claims that you can get 180 cups of coffee from a 26.8 oz. container, but the plaintiff sys no way. I guess it depends on your tolerance for weak coffee. Also, the packaging assumes you're making six-ounce cups of coffee. That's not really what people do, is it? On the other hand, when was the last time you consulted the packaging for the number of cups you can get out of it? (South Florida Sun Sentinel)
