The Best Seat Is At Home
-
The New York Times' travel advice column has this response to the question of what's the best seat on an airplane right now in the pandemic by, well, punting, because, really, it depends on whether the airline is still blocking middle seats or not. A window seat with nobody in the middle seat would seem to be the best, but the aisle, which some people say is more dangerous with people walking by, is actually not too bad, either. "Too bad" is relative, though, since some people are fine with flying and the airlines say the planes are actually doing fine with hygiene, and some people aren't. With Thanksgiving (and, ostensibly, some fuller flights) looming, what seat would you pick? (New York Times)
