One of the biggest problems with coping during the pandemic is how it's disrupted your routines. You do stuff one way for years, and suddenly you can't. The suggestion here is to adopt new routines, but it's hard. How has the pandemic upended how you conduct your day, beyond the obvious working-from-home thing? Has it changed how and when you eat, exercise, socialize, sleep? (New York Times)
