That Should Go Swimmingly
-
Over the weekend, we learned that some NHL teams, face with a ban on having fans attend indoor events, are looking into playing their seasons outdoors so that fans can attend. That includes the Los Angeles Kings and Anaheim Ducks, who are exploring the possibility of playing this season at the L.A. Galaxy's stadium in Carson (just up the road from here!). I should remind you that the weather in this area all winter tends towards... warm. Like, if it's in the upper 50s, we think it's freezing. We know they CAN maintain the ice in playable condition even on a sunny, warm day, since they did it at Dodger Stadium once. But SHOULD they? Would you go? (Orange County Register)
