Though I Guess You Could Survive On The Hudson News Diet

The thing about the story you've heard by now in which a guy lived in O'Hare Airport for three months, afraid to board a plane home to L.A. because of the coronavirus, isn't just the mental block that kept him from boarding or the resemblance to that movie. It's that nobody seems to be asking why, if he didn't want to board, he didn't just, you know, walk back outside the terminal. Granted, he doesn't live in Chicago, but if you're alone and need help, you CAN go get it if you don't hole up in an airport, where you can get caught, you're always going to be looking over your shoulder, and everything's expensive. Also, it can't be easy to hide, even in a place as vast as O'Hare. (Chicago Sun-Times)
