We've talked here about how businesses have been tacking "COVID-19 surcharges" onto bills, ostensibly to pay for PPE and other measures, but this article says that those fees may be illegal. Have you encountered those fees at restaurants, doctor's offices, or anywhere else? Did you pay it or complain? (Washington Post)
