While You're All Here, Anyone Wanna Go In On A Pizza Order?

A lot of towns, like Minneapolis suburb St. Louis Park, MN, have bans on targeted residential protests, like picketing outside someone's home for whatever reason. St. Louis Park had one on the books since 1976 but nobody realized it until recently, when BLM picketers protested outside a police union leader's home in another town and someone in St. Louis Park looked and found this law. They're looking to dump the law, but other towns are on board, so... should protesters be allowed to do so outside someone's home? When does free speech become harassment? (Minneapolis Star Tribune)
