They tell you that you can get good exercise from everyday activities, but what kind of things qualify? Stair climbing, for one. Stretching in bed when you wake up is another you probably haven't thought of as exercise. You'd assume doing chores around the house counts, and it does. But they suggest things like doing squats when you brush your teeth, and you're... not going to do that, are you? Nah. Anyway, there are a bunch of suggestions in here, and you might ask your listeners what they do to get their exercise in when going to the gym isn't an option. (The Guardian)
