One of the things you can't leave out when you talk about the prospect of traveling again after the pandemic is how many additional factors you have to consider. Do you really feel comfortable flying or can you drive instead? Is the hotel following strict safety guidelines? Will there be crowds, and are those crowds wearing masks and practicing social distancing? Is there a quarantine? Is testing required, or proof of vaccination? You can't just go online and click a few times to reserve a trip anymore; there's so much else to consider. (New York Times)
