Studies show that you can work better if you just take a lot of "microbreaks," little five-minute breaks all day. Easy to do, I guess, if you're working from home, but if you do it in a regular office, it might be seen as shirking. But you can argue to your boss that letting you step away from the desk a lot actually increases productivity, because science says so. (CTV)
