Some People Still Go To Some Malls. News Like This Won't Help, Though

There are places you don't go at night, but when a crime occurs in a place where you DO go and it's in broad daylight, what then? In this case, two people were held up in gunpoint robberies in a mall parking lot, and not just any mall but the upscale, massive, very popular South Coast Plaza in Orange County, one of the biggest and most successful malls in the world. It's the kind of place where you absolutely would not feel unsafe; there are always a lot of people there, there are security cameras everywhere and rent-a-cops in little carts riding around the garages all the time... if you can get robbed at gunpoint there, no public place is safe.
