What's In Your Wallet? Not Enough Of Anything
-
How has the pandemic changed banking? People are banking more online, opening new accounts, but using credit cards less, the latter credited to Gen Z, a large percentage of whom are not card carriers. I'm not sure, frankly, about the reduction in credit card usage; sure, maybe people didn't open new cards, but I would imagine that they put utilities and other necessities on cards in light of losing jobs or taking pay cuts. What's your experience been with money in the pandemic? (CNBC)
