I Call It 'Not My Order'

From David Courtney's wonderful Texanist column in Texas Monthly (which has reinstituted its paywall, but you get two articles a month for free) comes the fact that in Wichita Falls, TX, they put tomato juice in beer and call it a "red draw." That exists elsewhere -- spice it up and it's a michelada -- but only Wichita Falls calls it a "red draw." I wonder if you know of other things that only exist in your town under a particular name, something weird and specific to your town, like how "grinder" (the sandwich, not the app) means something different in New England than it does in Philly, or how a Chicago Dog is very different from a New York Dirty Water Dog.
