Here's a brand new study from Penn State concluding that people who rely on social media for their news are far less informed on the coronavirus than others. That should be obvious, and it should be a warning sign to everyone not to trust anything on social media, period, and to go to trustworthy sources for their information. But you know grandpa is going to just repost garbage he found on Facebook without reading the actual article, so they can do all the studies they want.
