If you were concerned about the summer job market, rest assured that the "labor shortage" you keep hearing about has been a boon for teens, who are cashing in by filling some of those jobs at higher wages than in the past. That also means that some might decide to work instead of going to school, which raises the topic of dropping out or deciding not to go to college or grad school to get a start on making money.
