The pandemic saw hotels cut back on things like cleaning your room every day, and breakfasts, and all kinds of little things. Will they revert to how they served you pre-pandemic? Probably not. And why is that? Why, cost savings, of course. They can employ fewer people this way. Your room will not be as clean, you won't be able to get an omelette or waffles at a breakfast buffet, you might find housekeeping a lot slower and less responsive, but, hey, that's more money for the hotel operator.
