As Long As You're Comfortable

The other day, a woman -- a model on her way to Miami's Swim Week -- was thrown off a plane for wearing very short shorts, a violation of the airline's dress code, which a) nobody knew they had, and b) is not specifically spelled out anywhere. It's at the discretion of the crew. You can look at this two ways: One, shouldn't airlines be specific about what is and isn't allowed? Or two, whatever happened to the days when people dressed more formally for air travel, and having lost that, is travel less special? (KTVT/Dallas-Fort Worth)
