Who's Gonna Break It To Them That It's Better On TV?

Those guys who have never missed attending a Super Bowl get attention this time every year. Here they are again with stories of near-misses and how they keep their streaks alive. There are three left; one guy dropped out in 2009 and died in 2013, a couple others ended their streaks by dying. Interesting thing for which to be known, but I wonder if any of them, considering the cost of attending and the difficulties getting tickets and hotels over the years, have ever wondered if it's all worth the trouble.
