Gas Masks Leave Tan Lines

The Gulf Coast of Florida is experiencing another red tide, and it's just in time to ruin Spring Break and other vacations. The question is, if you booked in advance, you show up, and the beach smells like dead fish, there ARE dead fish on the beach, and you can't go in the water, do you lay out on the beach anyway because, hey, you paid for this vacation and you'll be damned if you're going to let a little algae bloom keep you down?
