Hey, rich Americans: Got an offshore bank account? Time to fess up. October 15th is the deadline for telling the taxman about your Swiss bank accounts and your holdings in Grand Cayman. Tell what you got and they'll cut you a break on penalties. Wait and they won't be so nice. And you'll be gambling that they won't find your cash. Although they have ways of tracking that stuff down.
