Stuck On Stupid

In New York, you have to display an inspection sticker and a registration sticker on your windshield. Small problem: A lot of the stickers this year aren't sticking. People are using Scotch tape to keep the stickers in place, and cops are being told to be lenient when they see a car without a sticker. Even the head of the DMV has to tape his sticker on. Weirdest thing: The two types of stickers are made by two separate companies (in Chicago!). BOTH have the same problem. And nobody knows why. Thanks to Dusty Rhodes at WDJO/Cincinnati for the link.
