This woman ended up in a coma and near death from eating too much raw bok choy. She was also 88 years old, which couldn't have helped, but, still, I didn't know too much raw bok choy could kill you. All I know about bok choy is that it tastes like styrofoam and too many Chinese restaurants use it as filler, like water chestnuts.
