Zappos.com has a better reputation than most companies. Maybe one reason is that when Zappos.com makes a $1.6 million pricing mistake through a sister site that capped all prices at $49.99, the company honored all the prices and ate the loss. Most companies would cancel the sales. Not Zappos. And that's why they have the kind of loyal customers that other companies would love to have.
