This high school senior planned to work at a summer camp for the disabled, and to do so, she had to commit to a training program. No problem, she thought; it's all after graduation. But then there were a lot of snow days, and graduation got pushed a week later. Now there was an overlap. But she could still show up for the graduation, so no problem, right? Wrong: She's being barred from being able to collect her diploma because she can't attend three "practices" for the ceremony. They need three practices? For what? To sit down, then stand up, then walk to the stage, then sit down? They couldn't make an accommodation for one student? She couldn't figure out when to sit and stand and walk by what everyone else is doing? (WPVI-TV/Philadelphia)
