With all the consternation about BP CEO Tony Hayward's little yachting sojourn, the question remains: when there's a crisis, do we really want the people in charge not to have any time off at all? Stress experts say that down-time is absolutely necessary for those in the middle of things to retain control and sanity, but in this climate, any time away will be seen as controversial at best or heinous at worst.
