Who owns the term "Blizzard"? Dairy Queen says it does, for frozen treats. But how about a competitor with products called "Blizzberry" and "Blizz Frozen Yogurt"? Are you gonna confuse that with the DQ product? They're not taking any chances, so they're in court. (Reuters via MSNBC)
